1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between emjili ("emjili," "we," "us," or "our") and any individual ("you," "the user," or "the player") who accesses, registers on, or uses the emjili online gaming platform available at emjili.net and all associated sub-domains, mobile interfaces, and applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By completing the registration process, depositing funds, placing any wager, or otherwise interacting with the Platform, you represent and warrant that: (a) you have read and understood these Terms in full; (b) you agree to be bound by these Terms and any additional rules, policies, or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and individual game rules; and (c) you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under applicable Philippine law.

These Terms are effective immediately upon your first use of the Platform and shall remain in effect until your account is closed or these Terms are superseded by a revised version.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of the emjili Platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• Age: You must be at least twenty-one (21) years of age. This is the minimum legal age for participation in casino-style gambling activities in the Philippines as mandated under applicable PAGCOR regulations. emjili operates a zero-tolerance policy with respect to underage gambling.
• Jurisdiction: You must be physically located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by law. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering or placing wagers.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contractual obligations under Philippine law or the law of your jurisdiction.
• Self-Exclusion: You must not be subject to any voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion order from any gambling platform or PAGCOR-regulated facility.
• Not an emjili Employee: Current employees, directors, officers, agents, and immediate family members of emjili and its affiliated entities are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in any wagering activity on the Platform.

emjili reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity from any user at any time. Accounts found to be operated by individuals who do not meet the eligibility criteria above will be immediately suspended, and any funds held in such accounts will be handled in accordance with PAGCOR regulatory requirements.

3. Account Registration

To access the full range of emjili services, you must create a single registered account ("Account"). The following conditions apply to Account registration and maintenance:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the emjili Platform. Creating duplicate, secondary, or linked accounts — whether under the same name, identity document, device, payment method, household address, or IP address — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

3.2 Accurate Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful information during the registration process and to keep all Account details current and up to date at all times. emjili relies on the information you provide for identity verification, regulatory compliance, and the delivery of winnings. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account access with any third party. emjili will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials. You must notify emjili support immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised access to your Account.

3.4 Account Currency

All Account balances on the emjili Platform are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless expressly stated otherwise. All deposits, withdrawals, wagers, winnings, and bonus amounts are processed in PHP.

4. Identity Verification (KYC)

emjili operates a mandatory Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification programme in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering requirements and applicable Philippine law. By registering an Account, you consent to the KYC process and agree to provide all requested documentation promptly.

Verification may be requested at any point during the Account lifecycle, including at registration, prior to the processing of your first withdrawal, upon a material change to Account details, or whenever emjili determines it is necessary for compliance purposes. Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to, a Philippine National ID, passport, SSS ID, driver's licence, voter's ID, and similar government-issued identification.

emjili reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict Account functionality pending the successful completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in Account closure and handling of funds in accordance with PAGCOR regulations.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

emjili accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online Banking, Metrobank Online, InstaPay, and over-the-counter cash-in at 7-Eleven outlets. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed within the cashier section of your Account and are subject to change without prior notice. emjili does not accept deposits from third-party accounts — all deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name.

5.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where technically possible, in accordance with our anti-money laundering obligations. emjili aims to process approved withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the cashier section, subject to completion of KYC verification and compliance checks. emjili reserves the right to delay or decline withdrawals pending investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, or breach of these Terms.

5.3 Fees

emjili does not charge platform fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, transaction fees imposed by your payment provider or bank (including GCash transfer fees, BPI online banking charges, or 7-Eleven convenience fees) are your responsibility and will be deducted from the transaction amount by your payment provider independently of emjili.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

emjili may from time to time offer bonuses, free credits, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and wagering requirements that will be published on the relevant promotional page at the time the offer is made. General bonus conditions include:

• Bonuses are awarded to accounts that meet the specified eligibility criteria for the promotion in question.
• Wagering requirements must be satisfied in full before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn as real funds.
• emjili reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with changes communicated via the Platform or registered email address.
• The creation of multiple accounts for the purpose of claiming bonuses or promotions more than once constitutes bonus abuse and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
• emjili reserves the right to reclaim any bonus amounts found to have been obtained through fraudulent, abusive, or collusive conduct.

7. Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the emjili Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific game's rules, the game rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.

emjili utilises certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology supplied by licensed game providers including Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and JILI Games, ensuring that all game outcomes are determined by a statistically fair and independently audited random process. emjili does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the house beyond the published theoretical return-to-player ("RTP") percentages for each game.

In the event of a technical malfunction, connectivity disruption, or software error that affects the outcome of a game or the crediting of a wager, emjili reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the wager amount to the player's Account. emjili shall not be liable for any loss of anticipated winnings arising from a technical failure.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the emjili Platform. Violation of any of the following prohibitions constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with any game, promotion, or feature on the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion, chip dumping, match-fixing, or any coordinated scheme designed to defraud emjili or other players.
• Using the Platform to launder money or conduct any transaction connected with criminal activity in violation of Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended).
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings derived from a known exploit are void and subject to reclamation.
• Opening or operating multiple accounts for any purpose.
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another individual during registration or KYC.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or interfere with the Platform's software, systems, or security measures.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing emjili staff or other users through any communication channel.

9. Responsible Gaming

emjili is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations under PAGCOR's responsible gaming framework seriously. emjili provides the following tools to help players manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through their Account settings.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session duration alerts and automatic logout after a specified period of play.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Players may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a period of their choosing.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the emjili Platform — including but not limited to the emjili name, logo, trademarks, service marks, graphic design elements, game interfaces, software, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of emjili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence, right, or interest in any emjili intellectual property beyond the limited right to access and use the Platform in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any emjili content without the prior written consent of emjili. Unauthorised use of emjili intellectual property is a violation of these Terms and may give rise to civil and criminal liability under Philippine law.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, emjili, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any loss of profits, anticipated savings, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether direct or indirect.
• Service interruptions, technical malfunctions, telecommunications failures, or internet connectivity issues beyond emjili's reasonable control.
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information published on the Platform that is subject to change without notice.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion of certain implied warranties or limitation of liability for certain types of damage is not permitted, emjili's liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits emjili's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by emjili is governed by the emjili Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By accepting these Terms, you also accept the Privacy Policy. emjili processes personal data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.

You consent to emjili processing your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, and marketing communications (where you have provided the required opt-in consent). You may exercise your data subject rights — including the right to access, correct, or request deletion of your personal data — by contacting emjili support at [email protected].

13. Account Suspension & Termination

emjili reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms or any applicable policy.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other criminal activity.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within the required period.
• At the direction of PAGCOR or any competent regulatory or law enforcement authority.
• Where emjili reasonably believes that continued operation of your Account poses a legal, regulatory, financial, or reputational risk.

You may close your Account voluntarily at any time by submitting a written request to emjili support. Upon Account closure, any outstanding real-money balance (after deduction of applicable bonus funds not yet wagered through) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and emjili, you are encouraged to contact emjili's customer support team in the first instance to seek an informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of written notice, it shall be referred to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

For disputes relating to emjili's compliance with PAGCOR regulations, you may also submit a complaint directly to the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation in accordance with PAGCOR's published complaint handling procedures.

15. Amendments to These Terms

emjili reserves the right to modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via the email address on file or through a prominent notice on the Platform. It is your responsibility to review the Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request Account closure.
